All orders are subject to approval and acceptance by DESUN (HONG KONG) LIMITED The following terms and conditions apply to all orders and are subject to change without prior notice. DESUN (HONG KONG) LIMITED, reserves the right to cancel accepted/confirmed orders due to uncontrollable circumstances; including but not limited to fires, floods, strikes, labor disputes, accidents, sabotage, terrorism, war, riots, delays in transportation or lack of transportation facilities, restrictions imposed by law, material shortages and other such matters.
Pricing:
Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Payment Terms:
Payments with credit cards will be available only at the time of purchase. Payment of open balances on a credit account with credit cards is not allowed.
Orders exceeding $2,5000.00 cannot be processed with a credit card and must be paid with either a bank-guaranteed (cashiers) check, direct deposit, or wire transfer to our US account.
Past Due Accounts:
All past due payments and accounts are subject to a 1.5% added fee per month and/or at the highest written contract rate allowed by Hong Kong law. All invoices not paid when due are subject to collection and legal charges.
Using a Credit Card for payment of a past-due account is subject to a 2.6% finance charge. Past due amounts above $2,5000.00 cannot be paid with a credit card, see “Payment Terms” above.
Shipping/Freight Terms:
The company official website offers free shipping for a global orders. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date payment is cleared and ships from American or China . Tracking information will be provided once the order is processed and cleared for shipment.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses for any size of solar panels.
For B2B orders, products are sold Shenzhen City, China. Purchaser agrees to pay freight and shipping charges, pursuant to customer-specific freight policies.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed.
General Returns:
All returns (whether for product defects or otherwise) must be requested within 30 days of receiving merchandise. Returned merchandise will ONLY be accepted with an issued Return-Authorization number and ONLY within 30 days of issuing that Return-Authorization number.
All Final Sale products, custom panels, non-stock items, and direct factory deliveries are non-returnable once ordered.
Wholesale returns (except for those involving a verified product defect) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. DESUN (HONG KONG) LIMITED, does not accept annual stock returns for unsold products.
For direct to customer product returns, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Merchandise returned as defective will be thoroughly tested and inspected. For merchandise that is verified and confirmed as defective, DESUN (HONG KONG) LIMITED, at its sole discretion, will either repair or replace the merchandise at no additional charge, or issue a full credit for the defective merchandise, including freight.
Merchandise that is returned as defective, but that is determined to work properly, will be subject to a testing fee and a 15% restocking fee.
Credit will not be issued for merchandise damaged due to corrosive materials, abuse, alteration, or misuse.
A Return Authorization Number is required to return any merchandise to DESUN (HONG KONG) LIMITED

All return requests can also be submitted to customer@linksolars.com and must include:
1. Part number and description
2. Reason for return
3. Invoice number/PO number
Merchandise must be returned “Freight Prepaid,” with the Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the outside of the package. Parts must be new, in original packaging, in saleable condition, and originally purchased from DESUN (HONG KONG) LIMITED
Shortages & Claims:
For any shortages or damages incurred during transit, notify the shipping carrier immediately and file a claim directly with the carrier. DESUN (HONG KONG) LIMITED’s responsibility for the delivery of goods is completed when the Bill of Lading is signed by the carrier at our warehouse.
All other shortages, overages, or damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days following receipt of shipment.
Panel Damages:
We take every precaution to ensure all products are packaged to withstand small package shipping.
Due to the nature of solar panels being sheets of glass we cannot guarantee the full value of the panels.
Samples:
DESUN (HONG KONG) LIMITED, at its discretion, will provide samples for customer review, evaluation, and trade shows.
Samples valued up to $50.00 will be provided free of charge, however customers are required to pay for the freight charges.
Samples valued at over $50.00 will be provided at a reduced price, at the discretion of DESUN (HONG KONG) LIMITED, and customers are required to pay for the freight charges.
Custom panel samples will be provided at an agreed price; however, freight costs will be assumed by the customer. These costs will be credited back to the customer account upon receipt of the first order for the custom panels.
Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances will DESUN (HONG KONG) LIMITED, or its affiliates or suppliers be liable or responsible for any loss of use, interruption of business, lost products, lost data, or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind regardless of the form of action, whether in contact, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if DESUN (HONG KONG) LIMITED, or its affiliates or suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. Neither DESUN (HONG KONG) LIMITED, nor its affiliates or suppliers will be held responsible for any damage or loss to any items or products connected to, powered by, or attached to the Product. The total cumulative liability to the customer will not exceed the purchase price of the Product paid by the customer.
