1. About LINKSOLAR
This website, www.linksolars.com, is operated by DESUN (HONGKONG) LIMITED ("LINKSOLAR", "we", "us"), the contracting seller for purchases through this store. Shenzhen Lianyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is the LINKSOLAR brand owner and manufacturer. Contact us at customer@linksolars.com or through our Support page.
These terms govern your use of this website and purchases made directly through it. Our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy and applicable product warranty provide additional information. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Using the website and your account
You must have legal capacity to place an order. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information, and keep access to your account secure. Contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious code, unauthorized access or interference with other users. We may restrict misuse while respecting any rights relating to completed purchases.
Creating an account is free. Joining LINKSOLAR Outdoor Club does not require consent to marketing emails. Marketing preferences are a separate choice.
3. Products and product information
The product page identifies the model, selected options, included items and price. Check these details before ordering. Accessories and devices shown in use photographs are included only when the product description expressly lists them.
Solar output and charging times vary with sunlight, shading, panel angle, weather, temperature, connected devices and operating conditions. A rated output is not a guarantee of constant generation. Use products according to the instructions for the exact model and any stated safety limits.
We aim to keep product information accurate. If a material error affects your order, we will explain it and seek your agreement to the correction or offer cancellation and an appropriate refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
4. Prices, payment and order acceptance
Review the currency, merchandise price, discounts, delivery charges and taxes shown at checkout before submitting your order. For every destination we ship to, import duties and import taxes are included in the amount paid at checkout; customers are not responsible for additional import duties or import taxes on delivery. Shipping charges are separate, and availability depends on the delivery address and shipping options offered at checkout.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. Acceptance occurs when we send a shipment confirmation, unless applicable law or a separate written confirmation provides otherwise. Payment may be authorized or collected earlier as shown at checkout. If we cannot accept an order for availability, payment verification or a material listing error, we will notify you and promptly return any payment due.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify an order. Never send us your account password or full payment card details by email or through a support form.
5. Delivery, changes and cancellations
Our Shipping Policy explains supported destinations, processing estimates, delivery estimates, charges and import arrangements. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. We will confirm whether the request can be fulfilled; dispatch may prevent an operational address change or interception of the parcel. Dispatch does not remove an applicable statutory right of withdrawal.
If we cannot meet an applicable shipment commitment, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent or cancellation/refund options required by law. We remain responsible for handling delivery problems in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
6. Returns, refunds and warranty
Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains the voluntary return process, EU consumers' 14-day right of withdrawal, and the handling of wrong, damaged or defective goods. Product-specific warranty terms explain additional warranty coverage. The voluntary commercial warranty is separate from EU statutory rights against the seller for faulty or non-conforming goods, which are not limited to a one-year commercial warranty period. Neither policy excludes a remedy required by applicable law.
Contact us for return instructions before sending goods. The address printed on a shipping label is not necessarily an authorized return address.
7. Member offers and promotions
Member discounts and gifts apply only under the offer terms displayed before purchase. Those terms identify eligibility, qualifying merchandise, minimum spend, exclusions, combination rules and any gift allocation limits. A newsletter subscription alone does not establish membership or guarantee a discount.
We may correct genuine errors or address fraudulent or duplicate participation. Changes to future offers do not remove benefits already earned under a completed eligible purchase, except where permitted by law.
8. Website content and external services
LINKSOLAR branding and website materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may use the site and product instructions for legitimate personal shopping and product use. Commercial reproduction requires the relevant permission.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. Payment and platform services may also have their own applicable terms; this does not remove LINKSOLAR's obligations as seller.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used and how to make a privacy request. Contact support without sending unnecessary sensitive documents.
10. Problems and legal rights
Please contact us with an order number and a description of the issue so that we can help resolve it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or restricts a consumer remedy where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, including applicable rights concerning defective goods, personal injury, fraud or written warranties.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive any non-waivable consumer right.
11. Updates and contact
We may update these terms for future website use and orders. The version applicable to a purchase is the version in effect when that purchase was placed, subject to mandatory law and any later agreement with you. The effective date will appear at the top of the published version.
