- With the hat switched off, hold the middle power button for about 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The white light flashes.
- Open Bluetooth settings on your phone and select LONNV P100.
- Successful pairing is accompanied by a prompt tone; the flashing white light then turns off. Disconnect the current Bluetooth device before pairing a different one.

The manual specifies Type-C charging input of 5V / 0.5A. Connect the charging cable to the Type-C port as illustrated. The white light flashes while charging and turns off when fully charged.
Solar charging supplements the built-in battery. Keep the panel unobstructed; shading, sunlight angle and temperature affect the result. Do not rely on a fixed outdoor charging time.

FIND YOUR SYMPTOM
Let's work through it.
Open the question that matches your issue. These checks do not require opening or repairing the electronics.
The hat will not power on
Check in this order
- Check whether the battery needs charging using the Type-C connection shown above.
- From the off state, hold the middle power button for about 3 seconds.
What to look for: The white light should flash when pairing mode starts.
If it is still unresolved: Tell us whether the charging light appears and whether there is any sound when starting.
Manual: PDF pages 6, 4–7.
Get help with this product ↓My phone cannot find or connect to the hat
Check in this order
- Start pairing from the off state and look for LONNV P100, not the pairing name of another model.
- Disconnect another phone or device if it is already connected. The hat supports one connected Bluetooth device at a time.
- Restart the hat. The manual also recommends clearing the phone’s Bluetooth cache before reconnecting; the phone procedure varies by model.
What to look for: Look for the model’s pairing name and the successful-pairing prompt tone.
If it is still unresolved: Send the hat model, phone model and the Bluetooth name you see. Do not reset unrelated phone settings.
Manual: PDF pages 6, 4–7.

Check in this order
- Check the volume level and use Volume + to raise it gradually. Volume − can reduce the level to mute.
- Check the speaker grilles for dust. Remove surface dust gently without washing the hat.
- During music playback, press the multi-function button once if playback is paused.
What to look for: Check whether audio becomes audible after adjusting volume and playback.
If it is still unresolved: Tell us whether all audio is affected or only a particular app.
Manual: PDF pages 6, 4–7.
Get help with this product ↓There is no response to USB charging
Check in this order
- Check the Type-C connection against the charging illustration.
- Use the charging input specified in the manual.
- Try replacing the USB charging cable, as recommended in the manual.
What to look for: The white light flashes during charging; it turns off when fully charged, so an unlit indicator alone does not identify the fault.
If it is still unresolved: Tell us which cable and power source you used and whether the hat can still switch on.
Manual: PDF pages 6, 4–7.
Get help with this product ↓Solar charging seems slow or does not respond
Check in this order
- Check that sunlight reaches the panel and that even part of it is not shaded.
- Check the panel’s orientation toward the sun. Sunlight intensity and temperature affect charging.
- Use the specified Type-C charging method if you need to check charging independently of sunlight.
What to look for: Compare charging under unobstructed light; there is no guaranteed outdoor charging duration.
If it is still unresolved: Describe the light conditions and whether Type-C charging works.
Manual: PDF pages 6, 4–7.

Check in this order
- Use this only when you intend to restore the hat’s settings, not as the first step for every issue.
- With the hat powered on, quickly press the power button four times, as specified in this model’s button-operation table.
- Then follow the pairing steps above and select LONNV P100.
What to look for: Check whether you can pair again using the correct Bluetooth name. The manual does not specify a separate reset confirmation signal.
If it is still unresolved: If pairing still fails, report what the light and phone show. Do not invent additional button combinations.
Manual: PDF page 4, button-operation table.

Care & storage.
If the surface is damp, wipe it with a dry cloth and let it dry at room temperature. Do not wash the hat with water: charging cables and circuit boards are inside.
Do not place heavy objects on the hat or bend the solar panel excessively. Keep the panel uncovered during solar charging and protect the hat in heavy rain or severe weather.
Manual: PDF page 7.
