Where we ship from and deliver

Orders ship from Dongguan, China. We offer worldwide shipping. Enter your actual delivery address at checkout.

Processing and transit times

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Standard shipping transit takes 15–25 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 16–28 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Customs clearance, public holidays and carrier disruptions may cause delays. Contact customer@linksolars.com with your delivery address and order number for assistance.

Shipping charges, duties and taxes

Worldwide shipping is charged at a flat rate of USD 10, shown at checkout before payment.

For deliveries to the 48 contiguous United States, import duties and import taxes are included in the amount you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay additional import duties or import taxes on delivery. If a carrier requests such a payment, contact customer@linksolars.com so we can resolve it.

Tracking and split shipments

We send available tracking details when your order ships. The first carrier scan may take time to appear. If an order ships in separate parcels, we will identify each parcel and its tracking details. Split shipments do not create undisclosed extra charges.

Delays and delivery problems

If we cannot meet a shipment commitment, we will notify you, explain the revised expected date when known, and provide the delay-consent or cancellation and refund options required by law. We do not assume unlimited consent to a delay.

For an address change or cancellation, contact us promptly with your order number. We will confirm whether the request can be fulfilled. If a parcel is delayed, damaged, wrong, incomplete or marked delivered but missing, email us. Keep packaging and photographs when available. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy under our policies and applicable law; a carrier's delivered scan does not automatically invalidate a claim.

Returns and contact

Our U.S. return address is separate from our dispatch location. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy and obtain return instructions before sending a parcel.
