52W Inflatable Solar Tent

Stay with the tent throughout inflation. About 3 minutes refers to inflating the tent body only, not securing every stake, guy rope, canopy pole or solar roof. Do not override the automatic stop or infer a target from the pump’s maximum-pressure rating.

QUICK ANSWERS

Know these four things first.

  • Before setup: choose level ground without sharp debris, check the valves and charge the inflation battery.
  • Inflation time: about 3 minutes refers to the tent body under suitable conditions; complete campsite setup takes longer.
  • Solar output: 52W is the rated panel power, not guaranteed continuous output. Light, angle, shade, temperature and load affect results.
  • Stored energy: the inflation battery powers the pump. It is not a general-purpose solar storage battery for devices.

The inflation pump does not start

Check in this order

  1. Check that the inflation battery is installed as illustrated.
  2. Check the battery’s charge status according to its supplied instructions.
  3. Use the illustrated pump switch. Stop if the battery or connection is wet, damaged or unusually hot.

What to look for: Check whether inflation starts when the correctly installed battery and pump are ready.

If it is still unresolved: Tell us what happens at the switch and the battery’s condition. Do not open the pump.

Manual: PDF pages 2–6 and 8. No target pressure is inferred from the specification table.

The tent does not inflate normally

Check in this order

  1. Check the tent lies flat without obstructions.
  2. Check that the air valves are properly sealed before inflation.
  3. Remain beside the tent. If inflation behaves abnormally or the automatic stop does not work as expected, stop and contact support.

What to look for: The tent should inflate and the automatic system should stop as described in the manual.

If it is still unresolved: Do not override the pressure system or choose a pressure from the maximum rating. Describe the abnormal behavior.

Manual: PDF pages 2–6 and 8. No target pressure is inferred from the specification table.

An air column softens or I suspect a leak

Check in this order

  1. Check the valves and their visible seals.
  2. Look for visible fabric damage or contact with sharp objects without opening the air column.
  3. Do not repeatedly increase pressure to compensate for an unexplained loss of firmness.

What to look for: Look for an identifiable loose valve or visible damage; these checks do not diagnose a hidden leak.

If it is still unresolved: Contact support with the location of the affected column and when the softening occurs. Do not improvise repairs.

Manual: PDF pages 2–6 and 8. No target pressure is inferred from the specification table.

The connected device is not charging

Check in this order

  1. Check the roof cable and junction-box connection against the illustration.
  2. Make sure the panel is not shaded or blocked.
  3. Check your device and cable compatibility. If connectors or ratings do not match clearly, stop rather than forcing a connection.

What to look for: Look for the connected device’s charging indication.

If it is still unresolved: Provide the device model and the ports and cable used. Do not open the junction box.

Manual: PDF pages 2–6 and 8. No target pressure is inferred from the specification table.
