Shenzhen Lianyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd provides this LINKSOLAR limited product warranty. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use according to the instructions for the product model, for eligible new products bought directly from www.linksolars.com. Coverage begins on the date the customer receives the product.

Batteries and included accessories
The original built-in battery and accessories supplied with the product have the same warranty period as that product, starting on the original delivery date. Normal battery capacity loss through age and use, ordinary wear, consumable depletion and loss are not manufacturing defects. Abnormal capacity loss or failure caused by a covered manufacturing defect remains eligible for assessment. No specific battery-capacity retention percentage is promised unless expressly stated for the product.
Who is covered
This voluntary limited warranty applies to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase. Standard coverage does not require club membership or marketing consent. A recipient of a product purchased new as a personal gift may claim using the original order details; gifting does not restart the warranty. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, this voluntary warranty is not transferable through second-hand resale or subsequent transfer.
Requesting service and returning an item
Contact customer@linksolars.com or our Support form with your model, order details, a description of the fault and relevant photographs or video where reasonably needed. We may suggest reasonable, safe troubleshooting. Stop using and charging a product that shows abnormal heat, swelling or visible electrical damage, and contact us for instructions.

We will provide any required recipient or reference details with the return instructions. This is our return address, not our order dispatch location. Orders ship from Dongguan, China.
Remedies and costs
For a confirmed covered defect, we may arrange repair, replacement parts or a replacement product, depending on the fault. If these remedies cannot reasonably resolve the issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy under our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law. We will explain the proposed remedy and expected timing.
We prioritize new replacements. We will disclose any proposed refurbished replacement or part and obtain your agreement before supplying it; it will have at least equivalent relevant functionality. LINKSOLAR covers the agreed reasonable and necessary transport costs for a confirmed covered quality problem. If the issue is outside coverage, any optional paid service or transport charges require your prior agreement.
Replacement coverage
A replacement does not restart the original one-year or two-year product warranty. Additional replacement coverage is limited to three calendar months from receipt of the replacement. An unexpired warranty commitment on the original order is not shortened by replacement. Further replacements during the additional coverage do not restart or extend that three-month period.
Limits of coverage
Normal cosmetic wear, ordinary consumable depletion and damage caused by misuse, accident, immersion beyond the stated rating, improper installation or failure to follow safety instructions are not manufacturing defects. A third-party repair or part does not automatically void the whole warranty; any exclusion must relate to damage caused by it and comply with law.
Changes in solar output caused by light, shade, weather or device demand are not themselves defects. This does not excuse failure to meet the product's stated specifications under the applicable conditions.
Your rights and copies of these terms
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing here excludes or limits non-waivable consumer rights or existing warranty promises. The 7-day change-of-mind return window does not shorten these warranty periods.
