Change-of-mind returns

For purchases made directly on www.linksolars.com, you may request a change-of-mind return within 7 days after receiving your item. The item must be unused beyond reasonable inspection, complete, undamaged and accompanied by its included accessories. Retain the original packaging when reasonably possible. These conditions do not limit your rights for defective or misdescribed goods.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the same eligibility conditions and 7-day request window as returns. Contact customer@linksolars.com for approval and instructions before sending the item.

Requesting and shipping a return

Email customer@linksolars.com or use our Support form with your order number, item and reason for return. Include relevant photographs if there is a product problem. We will provide return approval and shipping instructions. Send the item within 14 days after we approve the return.

Please contact us before sending a parcel so we can provide any required recipient or reference details and match the parcel to your request. Do not use the dispatch address printed on the original parcel. This is a return address; orders ship from Dongguan, China.

Return costs

For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee or separate return handling fee. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.

For wrong items, missing parts, shipping damage or confirmed covered quality problems, LINKSOLAR covers reasonable necessary transport costs for the agreed remedy. Contact us before arranging shipment so we can provide a suitable label or reimbursement instructions. Statutory remedies remain available even if an item was used or its packaging is unavailable.

Inspection and refunds

We will acknowledge receipt and explain the outcome of our inspection. We initiate approved refunds within 5 business days after receiving and checking the returned goods, or earlier where required by law. Refunds go to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

If we refuse a return or propose a deduction, we will explain the specific reason and supporting evidence, subject to applicable law. We do not apply undisclosed blanket fees. Refunds for cancelled, unshipped goods are handled promptly without an irrelevant return inspection.

Promotional gifts and exceptions

Refunds reflect the amount actually paid. If you return an entire order that included a promotional gift, you may keep the gift. You do not have to return it, and we do not deduct its value from your refund.

We currently exclude no product category from our change-of-mind return policy. Choosing standard Luma letters or digits does not make the item a non-returnable custom product. Sale pricing does not remove your rights for defective goods.

Warranty and contact

The 7-day change-of-mind return window does not replace your product warranty. Read our Limited Product Warranty for model-specific periods and service details.
