LINKSOLAR was launched in 2023 by Shenzhen Lianyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd to make solar technology more useful in the products and places that are part of everyday life.
Power does not always move with us
Phones, lights and other small devices travel into more parts of life than ever before. The moment people leave a building, however, access to energy can still depend on the next socket, cable or fixed charging point.
We do not believe every outdoor product needs solar. We believe solar becomes valuable when it answers a real need, fits naturally into the product and gives someone a practical alternative when grid power is not close at hand.
Our purpose in two words
Liberate means reducing unnecessary dependence on a fixed outlet. It might be a solar backpack supporting a phone while someone travels, a solar tent bringing generation into camp equipment or an address light using the sunlight that reaches the wall where it is installed.
Sustain means making thoughtful use of renewable energy and designing with a longer view. It requires attention to efficiency, durability, usability and the information customers need to use a product well.
Together, Liberate & Sustain describes the change we want to make: energy that supports where people want to go, delivered through products developed with care and realistic expectations.
How purpose guides our decisions
Start with people, not a panel
We look for moments when access to power, product setup or repeated charging creates friction. The use case comes first; the solar system follows.
Integrate the technology
We develop the solar module, electronics, structure and user experience as one connected system. Solar should support the product’s purpose rather than feel like an attachment.
Make performance understandable
Sunlight, shade, panel angle, temperature and the connected device affect output. We explain these conditions so customers can judge where solar fits their needs.
Improve through evidence
Market feedback, engineering validation, production learning and new solar technology all inform what Shenzhen Lianyang develops next for LINKSOLAR.
What responsible progress means to us
Renewable energy does not make every product automatically sustainable, and the word “green” should not replace evidence. We focus on specific improvements we can design, test and explain.
We will not describe solar charging as unlimited or completely independent of conditions. We will keep working to use available surface area more effectively, protect the solar components appropriately and make charging behavior clearer to the person using the product.
The future we are working toward
We envision solar becoming a useful capability built naturally into the equipment people carry, the spaces they use outdoors and the practical products around their homes.
That future will not be built through a slogan alone. It will be built by Shenzhen Lianyang and the LINKSOLAR team through products that solve real problems, information people can trust and improvements that can be demonstrated.
